after Classmate M's horrible experience about buying and delivering service of her furniture i thought iKea would have a better customer service....i guess i was wrong....
even though i was quite satisfied with their customer service attitude (i.e. polite)....but i guess dumb ppl exist everywhere....
i got a call from iKea last week that something i bought was ready to be delivered and left me a msg reminding me to book a delivery date.....end up i was NOT able to get through those stupid customer service line and 2 days later the delivery guy showed up and called me in the middle of the centre orientation said they had arrived but no one open door for them...
common sense...you sold a product waiting for client to book a delivery date....client never contacted but there was NO FOLLOW UP CALLS and then just deliever the product w/out confirming ... wtf is that??
i guess i can NEVER get over with my madness and upset over the week...things just ADD ON...
