Definition of Mid Term Evaluation ---> 200 hours...but i only have 185 hrs so far...
Definition of 唔想麻煩人 ---> should be proactive about group recruitment....but I "sell group" to all the ASWO + 3 SWO .... got 4 on paper referrals and 3 pending referrals....I already 麻煩 alot of 人 !!
Definition of "not able to inform in advance" ---> I really have nth to say b'coz I am sorry you are the one that couldn't be reached....
Definition of staff ---> have staff card to open door ..... I am worse than that summer job girl...
Definition of SWD placement ---> get to access to SWD information from intranet site.... yet I don't even get to borrow a computer or internet service....
Definition of placement ---> 3 Cases + 1 Group + 1 Program.... I had 1 case with stable condition 1 case that client doesn't even exists...1 case that wants sth can't be done....1 group with never ending revising proposal....1 program with no specific information or date or target group or SOMETHING...
Definition of mid-term sharing ---> i have nth to share...i only want to black face

Hm...a lot of negativity in your entry.....I know I'm repeating myself, but dun worry, i only got 1 case which my client is reluctant, i only have 3 days to do my group proposal and I know my supervisor will ask me to revise (i even had to revise my learning contract anyways)....blah blah blah~ But try to look for the best out of the worst la! I know it's tough, juz keep looking fwd la my dear!! Learn everything we can....that's all we can do ne!!! HANG IN THERE my dear! I"m fighting the war w/ u ga!!!
